Touchable Art?

Went to The Art Gallery Of NSW on the 13th since it was opposite The Domain which we went for Jazz In The Domain: Noite Brasil. Saw this piece of art. It was more of a collage and what caught my eye was how the artist used a fake set of teeth in his artwork. It was jutting out of the page and was like beckoning me to touch. I kinda forgot that you're not suppose to touch the work and succumbed to the temptation. Yes I touched it. Just once. Maybe twice. Then that dumba** worker there told me: "Don't touch the painting. You're not suppose to touch the painting. This painting is very expensive." Well dumba** worker with some beard, I have to respect you for being older, but if you paid so much for some dumb "painting" (I wouldn't really call it a painting except for the part where the artist drew something like boobs and a vagina, well at least they look like them) which just consist of lots of newspaper cuttings pasted on a big cardboard, well then maybe I should try to do "art" and sell it to idiots like you? If it's so expensive why didn't you get something that's made if high quality materials. A Mercedes will not be made from parts of Proton standard right? If it's so precious why didn't you just invest a little but more in setting up a plastic covering or a fence or something?Or even a sign to say "Don't Touch The Artwork." Morons.


Ok fine I have to admit I was wrong but it got me thinking, "is there art that you can touch?" I mean why must art only appeal to our eyes or ears. START SOMETHING NEW! Well maybe it does exist. Imagine art where you can feel the textures, or smell the fragrances. Well if you think food is art which is in my opinion. Whatever...

Get my degree, go for NS and after that, with the M-16 training, I could support the Israelis. Okay not the Israelis. Since I live in a Muslim country how could I go against my fellow country men's brothers in Faith. Plus my passport says I can't go to Israel anyway. Now will I get in trouble? I thought my friend was very unlucky to be selected. Now me....

I guess in a few days I'm gonna get over the fact that I'm selected. But I still feel "boh song" leh...

After hearing York Kun doing a terrible rendition of Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You", I thought about drug-related deaths. WHY? Why do they do it? No they not that drug abuse only brings more pain. Is that high worth it?
I guess Whitney just got into the wrong company. Her husband Bobbie Brown smokes crack. Her In-Laws smoke crack. But then again that would be a really pathetic excuse don;t you think. What about her daughter? Immoral and irresponsible parents.

Noodle は女の子である!

Did you know Noodle is a girl? For years since Gorillaz first single I thought Noodle was a boy. Now a 10 year old guitar playing girl, that's too fictional. There are rumours that Noodle might be dead. Why? Just don't get all these marketing strategies to boost sales and such..... Her "death" is related to El Manana. Go figure.

I don't know how Gorillaz sells. The music is good but what's up with the fictional characters. They don't even have a real-life identity. The people that sing and play for the characters keep changing. It's like an pop music oriented anime show.

And just for the record, I like Gorillaz.

Why do holidays have to come to an end? Like a fairytale. Time to go back to the mundane lifestyle of enriching thy mind and soul with knowledge beyond comprehension to maketh thyself a human being of worth and honour. Who wants to be sampah masyarakat? Now bring on the homework you sadistic teachers which delight in our misery. My teacher said that she enjoys hearing the moans and groans of students when she gives homework. What is this world coming too? God save us from this Modern Babylon! Hear our cries.....

Okay maybe it's not so bad but now got to study extra, extra, EXTRA hard if I want to continue my education. Screwed up my SPM. Can't screw S.A.M. now!

I can't believe a show with rather explicit scenes could pass off getting a U/G rating! Loved the part where the nail gun shot that girl in the head MULTIPLE TIMES! Walauwey! Too much! And she just slowly died with blood ozzing out! Ewww! Wasn't that cool a movie. Kinda think it was a waste of my RM8. At least I watched it with friends. Gotta hand it to Director James Wong, making "Turn Around, Look At Me" by The Vogues sound so demonic and sadistic. That sick twisted child.....

Who doesn't want to overthrow the government? The Thais are trying to do it right? If the government doesn't comply to the society they should be shown to the door because it's the people who elected them as the leaders of the nation!

When was the last time someone praised you? When was the last time you praised someone?

Watched "I Not Stupid Too". It was a movie that was really entertaining. It was hilarious as it was touching. It deals with the loneliness and pain that teenagers usually face in this world today. I think this movie will open the eyes of parents to appreciate their children more and spend more time with them. It's sad that parents are so caught up in the world trying to earn money. Well I guess no parent is perfect...

Watch this show!!!
